How current is the information I get?
We update the Projects Database a daily basis, typically on Tuesday through Saturday mornings.

What are your sources? Where do you get your leads?
We have existing relationships that enable us to access over 30,000 public and private purchasing organizations.

How many projects are listed at any given time?
We typically add 150-200 projects for each update, or 300-400 projects a week.

Are the leads available in hardcopy?
Not at this time. If there's enough demand for it, we will consider it in the future.

How do I subscribe to the Projects Database?
You can subscribe online for instant access (recommended) or over the phone by calling 866-316-5300.

What forms of payment do you take?
BuildCentral accepts VISA, MC or AMEX. Your card will be charged on or near the date of the first charge. For example, if you subscribe to the Monitor on January 15th, the first charge will happen on or near that date. All subsequent charges will occur on or near that date- February 15th, March 15th and so on.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time but you must contact us and receive written verification to cancel your subscription. Our phone number is 866-316-5300. No reason or explanation is required
