Why should I subscribe?
Millions of dollars in potential contracts, that's why! The sheer size and scope of these projects makes Plant Closings and Plant Expansions a must for any company involved in industrial/manufacturing work. Just think about the return on investment from performing work on a single project sourced using the database.

How current is the information I get?
We update the Plant Closings reports twice each month, typically at the beginning and middle of each month. Plant Expansions are reported daily.

What are your sources? Where do you get your leads?
For Plant Closings, we have contracted with a publishing company that searches over 4,000 trade journals, business press releases, newspapers and others news sources. These articles are analyzed and edited with plant and corporate details added, e.g., parent company information, physical address, phone, fax, SIC, major products, contacts, facility size and closing date.

For Plant Expansions, we have a highly trained research staff that gathers the information from thousands of resources- direct from project sponsors, city/state agency filings, business/local publications, etc.

How many reports will I receive?
We typically add about 100 new Plant Closings and 200 Plant Expansion each month. In addition, you’ll have access to the past 60 days of reports from your sign-up date. For a one time fee, you can have access to the

Not at this time. If there's enough demand for it, we will consider it in the future.

How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe online for instant access (recommended) or over the phone by calling 866-316-5300.

What forms of payment do you take?
BuildCentral accepts VISA, MC or AMEX. Your card will be charged on or near the date of the first charge. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, the first charge will happen on or near that date. All subsequent charges will occur on or near that date- February 15th, March 15th and so on. For 1 year pre-paid subscriptions, we also accept checks by mail (service will begin upon receipt of the check). Please call 866-316-5300 to make arrangements.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time but you must contact us and receive written verification to cancel your subscription. Our phone number is 866-316-5300. No reason or explanation is required.
